 HELP - COVID-19 FAQ's

At this stage, each event organiser will be confirming whether their event will be going ahead or not.

Should your event be cancelled, if the event allow refunds, the self-refund option will become available in your Webtickets profile under MY TICKETS.

Should the event be postponed, your tickets will automatically be moved to the new date.
In the event of a cancelled show, if the event allow refunds, the self-refund option will become available in your Webtickets profile.
• Simply login to your Webtickets profile, click on My Order History and click on “REFUND TICKETS” next to your transaction. Change the date to the date of purchase if the event has passed.
If you paid via Pick n Pay or EFT, you will be prompted to enter your banking details and will receive a confirmation email. Refunds will be processed and paid within 7-10 working days.
• No races will be refunded.

Due to COVID-19 being declared a pandemic and as a precautionary measure to our valued guests and employees, no visitors who have travelled from any of the CDC countries will be permitted on any Distell sites, offices or brand homes.
