Yes you can. You will need to first reset your password by cell phone number. Click here to change your password.

Once your password has been updated and you are logged into your Webtickets profile, you will need to click on My Basic Info in order to update your details.
Yes you can. Login to your Webtickets profile and click on My Basic Info. You will need to click on Change above your current email address. Once you have entered your new email address, an One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to that profile to verify the email address.
Yes you can. Login to your Webtickets profile and click on My Basic Info. You will need to click on Change above your current cellphone number. Once you have entered your new cellphone number, an One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to that profile to verify the cellphone number.
