Yes you can. You will need to first reset your password by cell phone number. Click here to change your password.

Once your password has been updated and you are logged into your Webtickets profile, you will need to click on My Basic Info in order to update your details.

To change your e-mail address on Webtickets, login to your Webtickets profile and click on My Basic Info.

You will need to click on Change above your current email address.

Once you have entered your new email address, an One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to that profile to verify the email address.

To update your cellphone number on Webtickets, just log in to your profile and go to “My Basic Info.”

Click on “Change” above your current cellphone number, then enter your new number.

We'll send a One-Time Password (OTP) to that number to verify it's yours. Once you enter the OTP, your new number will be saved!

To register on Webtickets, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the Webtickets website.
  2. Click on the Register Now option.
  3. Fill in the required details, including your name, email address, and password.
  4. Click on Register.

Once registered, you can log in to your profile and start purchasing tickets.
