In the event of a cancelled show, if the event allow refunds, the self-refund option will become available in your Webtickets profile.
• Simply login
to your Webtickets profile, click on My Order History
and click on “REFUND TICKETS” next to your transaction. Change the date to the date of purchase if the event has passed.
If you paid via Pick n Pay or EFT, you will be prompted to enter your banking details and will receive a confirmation email. Refunds will be processed and paid within 7-10 working days.
• No races will be refunded.
