We wanted to assure you that Webtickets is open as usual and available to assist with any queries relating to events, postponements, cancellations and refunds via our usual channels.
Our support teams are open as usual from 08:00–16:30, 7 days a week on info@webtickets.co.za and 0861 999 710.
To appreciate the scale, since Monday this week we have
processed over 10 500 customer requests and refunded over 22 500 tickets - if we haven’t gotten to yours yet, thank you for your patience during this busy time, we will get to you!
