Due to circumstances beyond Breakout Events control, the upcoming James Bay shows in South Africa have been cancelled. Refunds will be open until end 30 days post the show dates. We’re grateful for the enthusiasm from fans and hope to bring James Bay back to South Africa in the future.
To process your refund, simply login to your Webtickets profile, click on My Order History and click on “REFUND TICKETS” next to your transaction.
If you paid via Pick n Pay, you will receive a Pick n Pay Refund voucher that you will need to present to Pick n Pay within 24 hours to claim your refund.
If you made payment via OZOW or Payfast, you will be promted to enter your bank details to receive an EFT refund.
