What to expect:

• Workout Sessions: Get those muscles sculpted in a 45-minute Shape class and then centre your breath and flow through a 45-minute Yoga


• Free Smoothies: Every participant gets a Kauai smoothie voucher to enjoy after the event!


• Mats: A few will be available, but we recommend bringing your own.
