Join the Friends for a guided tour of the Making Freedom: From a History of Slavery to a People’s History exhibition at the Iziko Slave Lodge Museum. The tour will be led by curator Shanaaz Galant. We will discover the newly-unveiled Hermanus ‘Ngxukumeshe’ Matroos Room and the Galant Gallery and explore powerful stories of resistance, cross-cultural connections and the fight for freedom, brought to life through history and contemporary art.
