Join us for Somatic Yoga as Rest — a nervous system–anchored class that invites you to soften, release, and return home to yourself. Through gentle movements, breath, and presence, we practice saying “no” to the noise of the world and “yes” to rest as resistance.
This class is open to all bodies, no prior experience required.
Please bring: a yoga mat, something comfortable to wear, and a willingness to rest.
