This is an event for school learners between Grades 7-12 to assist them to manage their MIND and EMOTIONS.
1. 'THE RESILLIENT MIND' program by Bronwen Bayman, Founder of Mindful Practice.
- Ms Bayman is a Certified Coach and specialises in teaching Mindfulness & Meditation skills to assist learners to cope with life pressures. The program will be practical and interactive.
2. 'CLAIM YOUR FUTURE' talk by Dr Gillian Arendse, former physics lecturer at Stellenbosch University.
- Dr Arendse is a seasoned speaker and his wit, humour and vast knowledge of the tertiary education system will benefit to motivate learners for their future.
Soup & Bread will be served. Done at 5pm.
