Your ticket includes a pairing pack which consists of:

• Three bottles of wine: Alvi’s Drift Reserve Sauvignon Blanc 750ml; Alvi’s Drift Reserve Chardonnay 750ml and Alvi’s Drift Reserve Drift Fusion 750ml
• All the ingredients for the canapés. Please note: the canapés may contain nuts

What’s on the menu?

• Citrus-cured yellowtail ceviche served on a poppadom crisp with lime aioli and pickled peach.
• Mini brioche and cheddar toastie with prosciutto, spiced apple chutney and lemon cream cheese.
• Cured beef sirloin with a Dijon mustard and dukkah crust, served with a Merlot-berry gel and Parmesan pomme frites.

Delivery of the pairing packs will only be made within 50kms of Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban.
