Starters with Plaisir Chardonnay
Mixed forest mushroom tart with a wild rocket and oven dried tomato salad and a truffle and parmesan dressing

Green olive and sundried tomato stuffed rack of lamb, served with tempura baby potatoes, carrot puree and a thyme and cumin jus
