Pitiki

Poetic Blues ‘Pitiki’ is an all women 60min production. Influenced by the Basotho nation where women gather and create a safe space for women to council, gift the new mother with water and build her back to her confident self particularly after giving birth. As she continues to sprinkle warmth in her home, she must do it with intention and support . The show takes place on stage
and is narrated through poetry ‘dithothokiso’ in fusion with music and indigenous instruments to shine the Basotho culture and give our audiences an experience.
