The Grass Widow

A new, darkly comic, psycho-sexual thriller by award-winning playwright and director Louis Viljoen, THE GRASS WIDOW delves into the life of one woman, the relationships that shape her and the lengths to which she will go to exact revenge on those that have the misfortune of crossing her. What emerges is a diabolical story told from multiple perspectives.

THE GRASS WIDOW stars Emma Kotze (Oh Baby I’m A Wild One, The Gospel According To Jan Coetzee, Fotostaatmasjien) and the production is designed by Kieran McGregor (The Father, The Eulogists, Clybourne Park).

The production runs in The Baxter’s Masambe Theatre from January 31 to February 12 2023 and carries an age restriction of 18 year
