Join us for the screening of 'Amagama ka Nokutela', a homage to Nokutela Mdima-Dube. The short film looks at the life of Mdima-Dube, a pioneering newspaper and school co-founder, educator, philanthropist, activist, musician and essayist.
The ongoing project is produced by former magazine editor and creative consultant, Asanda Sizani, TV and film producer Florence Masebe, actress Masasa Mbangeni, tech strategist and filmmaker Busi Sizani and poet Siphokazi Jonas. Their independent project aims to celebrate her life and contributions through multiple avenues of storytelling and conversations.
