The Inselelo Rainbow Challenge has the simple aim of motivating everyone to get active at home, with the added benefit that it will keep off some of the lockdown boredom. Your mission is to progress through the 7 levels of the rainbow from Red to Violet. There is no time limit to completing the challenges.

(2) Complete the challenge (7 challenges per discipline)
(3) Upload and compare your results on Finish Time
