What better way to teach literature than to make the world of books come to life and captivate learners!
Joburg Theatre complex will give life to books. The Duma Ndlovu Academy, housed at the Joburg Theatre, will put an African spin to Shakespeare’s Macbeth, making the classics contemporary and relatable. Athol Fugard’s “My Children, My Africa” will be part of the billing, presented by Shakeexperience.
The Joburg Theatre forged partnerships with both Duma Ndlovu and Nobulali Dangazele, to bring literature to life with young and new voices.
