Women don’t owe you

‘Women don’t owe you’ is an initiative that has started in response to the outcry of women in South Africa. This is an event that is aimed at creating awareness & teaching women basic self-defence techniques as another tool of empowerment.

As a woman, I have felt the pain & suffering of what is happening around us all. It is time to stand together and fight for what is right. I have joined forces with my dad, John Shaw, of Samurai Hout Bay, to create a space for women to come together to learn self-defence.

My dad has practiced & taught karate for over forty years and has some excellent techniques that can be shared & taught. All proceeds will be donated to Rape Crisis Cape Town.
