Stirling High School is proud to present Once on This Island, a vibrant and moving off-Broadway musical set on a Caribbean island divided by social class. The story follows Ti Moune, a poor peasant girl whose life is forever changed after she falls in love with Daniel, a wealthy young man from the other side of the island. Driven by love and unwavering determination, Ti Moune makes a daring bargain with the island gods in an attempt to change her destiny. Rich in storytelling, the production explores powerful themes of love, sacrifice, and fate, brought to life through an energetic, Caribbean-inspired score.
