Grab your kicks, snag that sweat towel, and let's dive into the action. We're kicking it off with a high-energy Zumba class, followed by a refreshing Yoga session.
We'll provide yoga mats, but you're more than welcome to bring your own if you prefer. It's all about creating the ultimate workout vibe as we collaborate with Virgin Active and Kauai.

What to expect:

- Workout Sessions: Start with a 45-minute Zumba class, and then flow into a relaxing 45-minute Yoga session.

- Entertainment: Expect energizing music to keep you moving and motivated throughout both classes!
