T’s and C’s
- Camp sites are limited to 150 camp sites. Each is 4m wide and 5m long.
- Booking process must be complete to secure your camp site and tickets for the day.
- Camp Site booking includes one free ticket for an attendee.
- All attendees are required to purchase a ticket.
- Children 3 and under have free entry.
- Alcohol is allowed onto the property for this event however school regulation need to be adhered to.
- Please note this is a cashless environment as a safety precaution.
- Following items are not allowed into the event:
-Glass, hubblys, drugs, any flammable items including deodorant, sharp objects and weapons.
- No open fires are allowed.
- No refunds can be given due to cancellation for weather.
- Camp site and tent hire are sold separately.
- Camping Khapela only have 60 tents available for hire. Booking is first come first serve.
