Umngeni – Uthukela Water Marathon takes place in March every year during National Water Week at Midmar Dam.

All athletes must collect their own race packs either on Saturday, 9 March 2024 at Collegians Club, 381 Boshoff Street Pietermaritzburg between 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm or on Sunday, 10 March 2024 at Midmar Dam resort between 4:00 am and 5:15 am
