There is nothing you need to know. You don’t need previous experience in conscious dance. Showing up is enough. The rest will unfold in this guided powerful somatic process.

Dress as you see fit for a personal ceremony and intimate communion with your Being.

The dance floor is the ancient cool moist earth.

Bring layers, a yoga mat, a blanket, a bottle of water and snacks for afterwards.
