To celebrate, we want to send your energy spiraling into the Wholiday season, with Mart’whole Medicine & ‘The Art of Living’ Whole. Explore the wonders of ancient practices with Gideon Roux, who’ll guide you through Yang Style Tai Chi & Shi Ba Shi Qi Gong, as well as SA’s leading Art of Living teachers, Mukesh & Gerlinde Vassen, who’ll guide you through ancient Sanskrit mantras, pranayama & meditation.
