Magnet Theatre Family Festival

Two fabulous child centered plays for 3–7-year-olds on at Magnet Theatre’s Family Festival this December!

TREE/ BOOM/ UMTHI tells the story of a man who is hungry and wants to eat a peach. To satisfy his hunger he plants a tree. The tree grows through spring into summer and the man must learn to wait with patience for the peach to ripen. It tells the story of the tree’s journey through the seasons.
STONE PLAY, having recently returned from touring in Italy, will also be performing at the Festival. STONE PLAY takes us back to the beginnings of humankind. It traces the beginnings of paint and visual expression – stone, ground into powder, rain to make paint and finally image. We would love for you to visit with your little ones!
