Once upon a time King Florestan and his Queen welcomed their first child, Princess Aurora. They host a grand christening celebration to honour her. Amongst the guests, 6 magical fairies enter and bestow qualities that they wish to pass onto Princess Aurora.
During the celebration an antient evil fairy called Maleficent arrived at the celebration unannounced. Maleficent bestows a curse on Princess Aurora on her 16th birthday. The fairy’s aspire to protect Aurora, and instead counter act the spell that puts Aurora into a deep sleep from which she will be awakened by the true loves kiss.
Years pass by and its Princess Auroras 16th birthday. The palace prepares for the great celebration. The palace guests are dancing, the entertainers performing and Princess Aurora dancing the night away. While the festivities are at the height, a mysterious cloaked guest arrives with a gift for Aurora. Unbeknown to Aurora, she pricks her finger on a hidden spindle placed inside the gift. The hooded guest reveals herself as Maleficent. Princess Aurora collapses and Maleficent reiterates her curse before leaving the party.
100 years have passed and the garden grounds of the Palace are over grown into a magical forest. Prince Charming explores through the forest in search of his true love. While on his journey, Prince Charming comes across the most exquisite creatures and fairies. The Lilac fairy appears and shows Prince Charming a picture of the sleeping princess Aurora. The Prince immediately falls in love with the vision of Princess Aurora. The Price arrives at the palace and awakens Princess Aurora with loves true kiss. The spell is broken and Aurora wakes up. Maleficent and her attendants disappear vanquished.
The Palace is brought to life and is jubilant with the wedding celebrations of Princess Aurora and Prince Charming. Finally the vows are exchanged and the entire Palace danced the night away while Prince Charming and Aurora lived happily ever after.
