Our carefully crafted menu is designed to please every palate, so get ready for an extraordinary celebration of flavours that you won't be able to resist.

Starter:
• Sweet Melon and Feta Salad
Cantaloupe melon, Parma ham, feta, mixed baby greens, crispy onions, Kalamata olives, drizzled with sherry honey and thyme dressing.
• Smoked Salmon Carpaccio
Caper berries, wild rocket pesto, baby greens, mustard lettuce leaves, beetroot shavings, served with wasabi mayo and pickled baby onions.
• Panko-Crusted Cauliflower
Served with roasted butternut puree, pickled baby onions, baby greens, poppy seed tuille, and a smoked honey and soy dressing.

Main:
• Roasted Lamb Abbacchio
Encrusted with pistachios and herbs, accompanied by roasted garlic and cauliflower puree, candied baby beetroots, and a port and rosemary gastrique.
• Pork Belly
Served with confit potatoes, sauerkraut, apple and ginger jam, crispy herbed crackling, and a sage jus.
• Pan-Fried Kingklip
Served over Puy lentils, baby spinach, confit tomatoes, green peas, and Parmesan cream.
• Honey and Ginger Glazed Gammon & Roast Beef
Featuring herbed Yorkshire puddings, roast butternut and sweet potato mash, sautéed green beans with toasted almonds, and crumbled feta, accompanied by beef gravy.
• (V) Beetroot Gnudi
Served with a luscious Parmesan cream, coriander pesto, roasted butternut, Parmesan tuille, beetroot sprouts, and crispy onions.

Dessert:
• Summer Berry Pavlova
