The Soweto Braai Festival is the first of its kind to be hosted in the country and recognizes and celebrates the cultural wealth of our nation .
The intention is to execute a memorable event that will recognize the South African culinary tradition of gathering around a fire to cook or ‘braai’ as we know it.
