Accommodation
30% cancellation fees will be charged if:
-Cancellation concerns 6% (or more) of the total number of rooms booked.
-The cancellation is active between 80 days before the group's arrival
40% cancellation fees will apply for any cancellation received between 35 days and 20 days prior to the group's arrival
80% cancellation fees will apply for any cancellation received between 20 days before the group's arrival
Flights:
-Amendments & changes are not permitted
-Cancellations for any ticket fare = 70% of the purchased ticket
-20 days before departure = Nonrefundable
