Pen(t)s Down Haha! - Cradle of Creativity

Thembekile Nkosi is a lifestyle influencer whose posts have drawn a following from young people. Unknown to her followers, she struggles to free herself from social addictions. She sinks into a dark hole and is saved by her grandmother's stories. The play explores the vulnerable lives that young people live in their bid to be liked. This production is inspired by events of 2022 where children and young people died, while they had gone out to celebrate the end of exams in June 2022.
