The Ultimate Camping Experience

The Ultimate Camping Experience will be hosted in Tshwane from 22-25 Sept 2023 and offers experiential outdoor therapy in the form of camping with outdoor activities such as Karaoke, Hiking, Quad Biking, Morning Workout Exercises, Outdoor Movie Night, Potjiekos & Braai competition including music, and entertainment not forgetting Tshwane Sunday Soul & Rnb Session as a closing ceremony on the 24th Sept 2023. The focus is to bring outdoor lovers and campers together, to celebrate the Heritage Weekend.

Ticket Description for R750.00 ticket (Weekend Pass Event Ticket):
- Camping Spot with own equipment for the weekend.
- Access to Karaoke, Comedy Session, Potjiekos Competition, all stages, stalls(own account), cash bar(own account), morning walks, fitness workout exercises, bicycle rides (own account), target shooting (own account), quad biking(own account)
- No electrical power-point plug
- Access to Sunday Soul Session(Not VIP Area)
- Access to communal ablution facilities (Toilets & Showers)

Ticket Description for R1,050.00 ticket (Specialized Car Zone Weekend Pass Ticket):
- Weekend Pass Event Ticket.
- Access to Karaoke, Comedy Session, Potjiekos Competition, all stages, stalls(own account), cash bar(own account), morning walks, fitness workout exercises, bicycle rides (own account), target shooting (own account), quad biking(own account)
- Electrical power-point plug
- Access to Sunday Soul Session(Not VIP Area)
- One vehicle allowed per demarcated camping stand
- Access to communal ablution facilities (Toilets & Showers)
- Each vehicle/trailer will be issued with Car Zone Sticker

Optional(Add-Ons): Camper Car Zone for R350.00 ticket:
- Mandatory to have the weekend pass ticket (R750.00)
