All Stars Shine

School-based music programs have been breeding grounds for South Africa’s rich musical heritage for decades. Providing pathways for musical careers in the industry, this is also where many of our counties leading musicians first discovered their love for their craft. In recognition of the importance of music in the development of children, the Playhouse Company wishes to acknowledge and celebrate the wealth of talented young musicians in Kwa-Zulu Natal. Through a showcase of the top ten school music ensembles, All Stars Shine - A showcase of KZN Schools Talent, is a celebration of the diversity of musical cultures that South Africa offers.
