Jazz Appreciation month - JAZZIFACT

Jazz Appreciation Month (fondly known as “JAM”) is held in April every year to recognize & celebrate the extraordinary heritage & history of jazz.
Initiated as an annual event by the Smithsonian Institute in the US, Jazz Appreciation Month has now become global event.
The Centre for Creative Arts is proud to present South African Jazz: Jazzifact for the second time together with its partners and looks forward to establish this event as an annual part of the Centre’s programme. The broad conference theme, Jazzifact, is particularly pertinent during the pandemic.
SOUTH AFRICAN JAZZ: JAZZIFACT– a four day online and live celebration of South African Jazz Education during Jazz Appreciation.
