17.5km run–Kwelera River
17.5km paddle–Kwelera River
10km–Gonubie Hotel
5km–Blue Lagoon

T-shirts:
First 500-5km Open
First 300-5km Junior
First 1500-10km Run
All who finish the 17.5km race within the cut off time

Race Pack Collection: Nutting Hall, E.L. 24th & 25th Feb, 08:00-17:00.

Discovery Vitality members will be able to earn Vitality points:
5km: 800 points
10km: 1100 points
17.5km: 1100 points
