Imbawula

Set in KwaLanga Township in the year 2006. The story is told through conversations by Skelem, a politically dedicated 24-year-old who staunchly seeks to be recompensed by those he believes have victimized his people, and by Mamfundisi, a stately woman who hopes for her son to change his ways of living.

Their conversations revolve around their encounter with Ntate Mfundisi, known as Mojalefa Mothopeng, who is Zephania Mothopeng’s (Uncle Zeph) cousin. Mfundisi introduces and mobilizes the youth to the Pan-Africanist ideology through the church.
