South Africa’s finest Xhosa-speaking Jewish leg-spinner turned comedian, Nik Rabinowitz, returns to the Baxter with a new stand up show that gets under his skin, literally, as he ruminates over his recent DNA test results and a host of other pressing issues, in a thoroughly insensitive manner. Join Nik as he tries to figure out who he is, where he came from, where he’s going (Romania, probably), and how he ended up here with a wife, three kids, two animals, one mortgage and the vague feeling that this life might actually belong to someone else.
“Rabinowitz paints a crazy, seductively irreverent, broad canvas of who we are, voetstoots. And that’s totally ngca!" – The Star
