Onyx Rage Festival 2016

ONYX Rage Festival is an opportunity for all dominant and underlying subcultures in Johannesburg to showcase the authenticity of their genres. Majority of these subcultures are defined and uprooted from the music genres they are mostly associated with. ONYX Rage Festival highlights genres such as hip hop music, trap music, alternative music, electronic music, Gqom music, grime music and punk rock music.

The event is intended to elevate the standard of independent, experimental and innovative music of South Africa. Providing a platform for young performing acts to express themselves musically by a means of showcasing articulated performance.
