VUMA ZION

Hlomani Izikhali is a very important part at the begging of the worship. It is where we see izikhali collected together and prayed for, this symbolises unity, power and preparing members to face whatever danger or spirits that is not cleansed that might affect many people or the worship. Vuma Zion theme for 2023 is Hlomani Izikhali, the reason this theme is what we see our nation is going through, woman and child abuse, un-employment rate raising every day, global warming and many other things that our nation is faced with that needs us to do something about it, which is prayer and go back to basics and do what our forefather did back in the days.
The SAMA 25th Award winning artist is embarking on a journey to unleash the urban & rural traditions of this religious the Zion music. We will be zooming in to spirituality of the Indigenous cultural music giving a background and history of Zion.
