MOLORA

About

MOROLA is a testimonial physical theatre piece that tells the story of a mother and daughter—one a perpetrator and another survivor who face each other across wooden tables. The narrative unfolds between these two tables of testimony, bringing the past to light in all its raw brutality and fragility. The piece explores the liberating power of speaking while also emphasizing the importance of listening. It acknowledges that simply speaking will not heal all wounds. The Chorus introduces a method to help bridge the gap between them: PRAYER.
This serves as an offering of prayer request to heal our land.
