Judith Sephuma is a multi-award-winning South African Afro-Jazz singer and artist, dubbed the "Queen of Afro Jazz". She was born in Polokwane, Limpopo, and studied jazz at the University of Cape Town, graduating in 1997.
She gained acclaim with her 2001 debut album, "A Cry, A Smile, A Dance," and has since released several more albums spanning genres like gospel, funk, and soul, earning multiple platinum sales and awards.
