Join us for a morning of fitness and fun at our Furry Fitness Bootcamp in aid of Toti SPCA, hosted by Rhythmic Arts Academy and Shapes for Women! Sweat it out with invigorating Hortons, Zumba, Kick & Box, and Pilates workouts, designed to get your heart pumping and muscles moving! But it's not just about exercise - indulge in delicious food and drinks on sale, and know that every step you take supports a worthy cause.
