INDEMNITY:

While the promoters and organisers of this race have taken every possible precaution for the safety of spectators, officials, participants and their families. It is impossible to guarantee the safety in view of the high speeds attained by the competitors. Admission is therefor granted upon the clear understanding that any of the people attending the meeting appreciates the risks involved for himself/herself, his/her successors, assigns or dependants, any claim or claims which he/she might, save for his waiver, have against the promoters, organisers of beneficiaries or the owner/lessor of his property, in respect of any injury he/she may suffer while attending this race.
