Be My Date

BE MY DATE is all about love and romance. It encourages couples to spend more time together and appreciate each other by going out on dates, buying each other gifts and going on holiday.
 
The story is told by a character named Solly, who has just attended a couple's event, at work, without a date. This makes him reflect on his past experiences and near misses with love. This reflection is both funny and entertaining. He reaches the conclusion that people in relationships are blessed to have each other. He is inspired to find his true love. This is a story about love, love, and love. This play is written and performed by Makhubalo Ikaneng. It is directed by Lungile Ikaneng.
