The annual Uncle Paul’s Christmas Parties began in 1956, and are organized by the Wynberg Rotaract Club.
About 7000 people from over 2500 families join in the celebrations of Christmas each year; set in front of a magical castle, children enjoy an evening of tractor rides, hay fights, visits from Noddy and friends, singing Christmas carols, eating fairy sweets and of course, the most important of all, getting their very own gift from Father Christmas. Each family pays a small fee to attend the event and this money goes towards funding the many community projects that the members of Wynberg Rotaract organize.
