Yoga & Wine with Warwick Wine Estate & Amy Hopkins - Cancelled

WildCore and Warwick Wine Estate are excited to host a Summer Wellness Series which will add joy to your weekends! We've partnered up with Women's Health magazine's managing editor, yoga teacher and social media influencer Amy Hopkins to bring you a morning which will nourish your body and soul!

Situated in the Simonsberg mountain range, the estate offers breathtaking views of the natural landscape which makes it perfect for a fun day out!

Join us on the day for 1 hour of restorative Vinyasa flow yoga with Amy, 15 minutes of meditation, a picnic basket or platter (choice between vegan, vegetarian & meat) and wine-tasting.

All ages over 18 & all fitness levels welcome!
