Essere Lodge is delighted to announce the launch of our pop up restaurant. Our first evening features a mouth watering menu from Karin Schmidt and the Essere team, coupled with a talk and wine pairing hosted by Dewaldt Heyns of Saronsberg. Known as the “Sheikh of Shiraz” and a multi-award winning wine maker, Dewaldt joined Saronsberg in 2003 to establish the new cellar, and the results speak for themselves.
