About

For the last 35 years she has been in the public domain, firstly as the South African Ambassador to the Independent Black Homeland of Bapetiskosweti, and then once Nelson Mandela dissolved the Bantustans into one homeland called South Africa, she went into his kitchen and cooked for him.

Now still regarded as the most famous white woman in South Africa, she has taken over the kitchen in Luthuli House where as a member of the ANC she cooks for reconciliation, having put the Cabinet on a strict diet.
