Jazz in the Cradle – Songs of Freedom

Songs of Freedom celebrates South Africa's soundtrack to freedom, paying tribute to those lyrical soldiers of resistance that brought about change by using their voices and instruments to unite a country divided.

Nduduzo Makhathini returns to the ampitheatre as musical director for this, our third concert, in the Jazz in the Cradle series.

Tickets include entry to the Park from 10am. Guests can purchase gourmet lunch from a selection of vendors who have established for NIROX the Epicurian Emporium – a collective of high-end food stalls from the burgeoning food and design market.
Bring a blanket, or buy from the NIROX staff store. No picnics or pets are allowed.
