This July, Wine Cellar will once again be hosting the country’s most exciting and irreverent annual wine event – Young Guns. The tasting will introduce young winemakers who are pushing the boundaries and embracing ‘natural’ winemaking. Whilst all of the participating winemakers work for notable estates, they are also producing interesting and sometimes wacky wines under their own labels. Winemakers will include Chris Alheit, David Sadie and Craig Hawkins. Tasting to be followed by a hearty meal.
