The 7th Annual Free State Wine Show in Bloemfontein offers a chance to taste (and buy) some of the best wines in the country for two nights only. This year the show’s venue is at the spacious Ilanga Estate Boutique Hotel with around 40 wineries presenting well-loved iconic wines along with the new kids on the block.
There are sparkles, ‘think pink’ with rosé. Twirl your tongue around Gewürztraminer before sipping a spicy Shiraz, piquant Pinotage or classic Cabernet. Taste, savour, spit or swallow some of the Cape’s finest wines.
