About

Ninety-three members of the Keystone State Boychoir (KSB) and Pennsylvania Girlchoir (PG) will hold a benefit concert for Soweto Kliptown Youth (SKY) Foundation.

The SKY Choir will perform some pieces with KSB and PG under the direction of Bob Nameng. KSB and PG, hailing from Philadelphia in the United States, will celebrate in song the centennial of two remarkable leaders. Leonard Bernstein and Nelson Mandela - one from the musical world, the other from the political world - were both born in 1918.

Though they lived worlds apart, in their own unique way, they both championed young people and the importance of music in their lives.
